Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of a JYSK retail store in the Wörth am Rhein area, ensuring the team remains fully focused on sales and customer experience. Implement store concepts and routines while taking personal responsibility for routine tasks and physical work as a role model. Drive positive changes in key metrics by motivating the team to achieve excellent results and fostering a positive, respectful work environment. Manage on-call rotations, including Saturdays, while maintaining one day off per week. The role involves a structured onboarding in Bad Bergzabern before assuming leadership of a store in the Wörth region, supported by a mentorship program and opportunities for internal development within the global retailer.
Required Qualifications
- Bereitschaft, die Verantwortung für deinen zukünftigen eigenen Store und die Ergebnisse zu übernehmen
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft, auch an Samstagen zu arbeiten
