Lead the daily operations of a JYSK retail store in the Oschersleben area, ensuring the team remains fully focused on sales and customers. Execute store concepts and routines while taking initiative to positively influence key metrics and motivate the team toward excellent results. Act as a role model by engaging in physical tasks and assuming responsibility for both sales and routine duties. Transition from a training period in Halberstadt to managing a store in the Oschersleben region. Work weekends as required, with one day off per week, and maintain C1 German proficiency.
