Job Summary
Manage the branch operation as Station Manager, optimizing performance through key metrics while leading staff in service quality, upselling, and damage management. Coordinate the exclusive vehicle fleet and external service providers to ensure smooth daily processes. Drive customer satisfaction by managing existing accounts and delivering top-tier support. Handle all recruitment activities and ensure seamless onboarding for new team members. Requires valid Class B driver's license and multiple years of leadership experience. Full-time role in Lübeck with a gross salary between 37,000€ and 42,000€ annually.
Required Qualifications
- gültigen PKW-Führerschein (min. Klasse B)
