Job Summary
Coordinate daily store operations by greeting customers, stocking shelves, and managing incoming freight to ensure a tidy, attractive environment. Lead the floor team through direct collaboration, coaching colleagues on performance while handling administrative tasks and scheduling. Conduct interviews for new hires and maintain communication with the regional manager regarding store progress. Manage planning and organization during high-pressure periods to keep the team focused on results and customer satisfaction. Work alongside the regional manager to ensure smooth operations across all shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Ervaring als (Assistent) Filiaalmanager of Teamleider
- Mbo werk- en denkniveau
- Fysiek fit zijn en actief bezig zijn vinden
- Graag leiding geven en zelf mee werken
- Goed plannen en organiseren kunnen, ook als het druk is
