Lead the daily operations of the Veenendaal branch, managing a team while ensuring a consistent store image and optimal customer experience. Direct sales staff, create personnel schedules, and oversee daily opening procedures to meet targets for revenue, productivity, and labor costs. Handle administrative tasks including returns, cash administration, and accurate ordering, while monitoring prices, expiration dates, and stock levels. Coach and train colleagues, conduct performance discussions, and implement new ideas to improve results. Requires MBO 4 level, Drogist diploma, and BHV certification. Available 32 hours weekly.
