Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of the Terneuzen branch, managing sales staff, creating rosters, and ensuring a uniform store image while driving revenue targets. Coordinate day starts, process returns and cash administration, manage inventory orders, and verify prices and shelf-life data. Coach new colleagues, conduct performance conversations, and implement ideas to optimize the customer experience. Requires MBO 4 level, a Drogist diploma, and at least 32 hours weekly availability.
