Job Summary
Manage, organize, and retrieve both physical and electronic documents according to office procedures. Oversee the PACFiling system by uploading, tracking, and maintaining digital case files for easy access and accountability. Prepare files for court proceedings, meetings, and internal use to ensure staff are always equipped with critical information. Conduct regular audits to maintain the integrity and accuracy of filing systems. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to swiftly provide necessary documentation and support. Assist with digitizing paper records to promote efficiency and modernize document storage. Handle all records with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion. This part-time position offers up to 29 hours per week within the Adams County District Attorney's Office.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in file management or a legal/administrative environment
- Hands-on familiarity with electronic and PACFiling systems
