Define the approach and execution strategy while collaborating with designers, engineering, and Figma support to ensure scalable UI systems transfer accurately. This senior-level role prioritizes deep token and shared library expertise over general migration experience, requiring 7–10 years of design system leadership to guide the 1–2 month execution phase.
