Job Summary
Conduct system, operational, and training analysis while assessing the RSAF's training effectiveness in force development. Prepare briefs and slide shows for senior staff, liaise with external organizations, and utilize research tools to analyze data. Assist in developing weapons system manning, monitoring combat readiness, and initiating annual flying programs. Perform assessments of procurement options, prepare requirements documents and statements of work, and advise on simulator operations and course syllabi modifications. Requires USF retired status with 15 years of fighter and training background, combat experience, and a college degree in science or engineering.
Required Qualifications
- USF retired/separated with 15 years plus in fighters and training background with a grade of 0-5/0-6
- Familiar with most fighter weapons and methods of employment
- College degree in scientific or engineering field and ability to perform quantitative analysis
- Graduate of professional military school, such as Air War College and/or Air Command and Staff College
- Experience of working in the region and have had combat experience
- Good knowledge of training and computer bases training systems
