Job Summary
Senior Java Developer leading design and development of multi-tenant SaaS applications using microservices; implementing pub/sub messaging; deploying, monitoring, and optimizing services on AWS (ECS/EKS) with observability; applying Test-Driven Development to ensure high-quality, maintainable code; mentoring junior engineers, leading code reviews, and driving engineering best practices from architecture through production rollout; collaborating with product managers and architects to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years Java development experience
- Strong background in microservices architecture
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS systems
- Pub/sub messaging expertise (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SNS/SQS)
- Hands-on experience with AWS ECS and Kubernetes
- Monitoring/logging with AWS CloudWatch or similar
- Proven use of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and code-review skills
- Strong understanding of CI/CD and Git
