Job Summary

Direct the operation of the Grocery Department, including Frozen, Dairy & Liquor/Beer, by supervising and training personnel while assisting with ordering, receiving, storing, pricing, stocking, and merchandising. Handle customer relations, resolve complaints, and implement emergency procedures for equipment or software malfunctions. May act as backup checker, open and close the store, control shrink, and perform Receiving Clerk duties as needed. Manage cash register details, issue money from check stands, and prepare to-do lists for night stockers. Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and security policies while recommending corrective actions.
