Job Summary
Fifth Grade Teacher responsible for creating a positive, stimulating learning environment; plan and conduct instruction with clear objectives; prepare, administer and evaluate tests following curriculum; guide students with adjustment and academic needs; collaborate with staff to provide comprehensive services to students and families; communicate with parents and maintain confidentiality; ensure compliance with district policies and records; 190 days per year; Beaufort County School District; Beaufort County, SC; online application via Certified portal.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid South Carolina teaching license or be able to obtain one within 60 days of hire
- Must be Highly Qualified in the content area or able to become Highly Qualified within 60 days
- Completed a program of study in education from an accredited college or university
