Job Summary
District Manager oversees multiple restaurant properties in Las Vegas, supervising General Managers to ensure store-level performance, P&L results, cost containment, and guest service excellence. Responsible for monitoring revenue, inventory, and labor costs, evaluating market opportunities, implementing sales programs, ensuring lease compliance and strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers. Leads and mentors management teams, supports hiring, training, coaching, and terminations as needed, and schedules shifts to optimize peak sales periods across operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading regional, multi-unit, high-level operations in quick service food/restaurant industries
- Solid English speaking, reading and writing skills
- Strong math, cost analyses and financial skills
- Willingness to work a minimum of 45 hours per week and to cover variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift and move 25 lbs or more as part of the role
- Ability to supervise General Managers or Managing Partners and coordinate with landlords, tenants, and suppliers
- Ability to hire, train, coach, counsel, and terminate staff as needed
- Ability to monitor and improve guest service and product quality
- Ability to manage store-level performance and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines
- Experience with lease requirements and relationships with property management
