Maintain client relationships and address all client needs when consultants are unavailable, acting as the primary liaison between clients and consultants. Utilize strong time management to prioritize daily tasks and manage ad hoc responsibilities as needed. Ensure all projects and tasks are followed through with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Work a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends while portraying a professional, polished demeanor.
