Job Summary
Provide technical service and troubleshooting support for customers by repairing and replacing hydraulic hoses at customer sites. Manufacture hose assemblies as required, attend to customer queries regarding hydraulic hose matters, and build lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Maintain van stock and equipment while ensuring a professional image is maintained during all site visits. This full-time permanent role operates on a 7 days on/7 days off roster with flights and accommodation included. Applicants must possess an Australian driver's license, S11 and Coal Board medical, and pass a drugs, alcohol, and police check. Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of, and experience in Hydraulic Hose and Fittings
- Australian Driver's License
- Must possess or be willing to get your S11 & Coal Board Medical
- Broad exposure to service/repair of hydraulic and pneumatic Industrial/Mobile equipment
- Reliable, team-focused, with strong communication skills and commitment to quality
- Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing excellent customer service
- Must be willing to take a Medical, Drugs and Alcohol Test and Police Check
- Willing to work a 7 days on / 7 days off work shift roster
- Willing to work FIFO/DIDO or Residential schedule
- Located in or willing to relocate to Blackwater & Emerald, Central QLD
