Job Summary
Market Leader to oversee field operations for assigned territories, lead a team of 6–10 Field Marketing Representatives and Assistant Market Leaders, conduct coaching and performance management, participate in direct sales and promotional execution in retail locations, monitor KPIs and customer experience standards, support recruitment and onboarding, and coordinate with store leadership to ensure operational consistency. Must be outgoing, customer-service oriented, and able to collaborate with field teams and leadership; comfortable working independently and as part of a team; role involves liaising between field staff and management and may include participation in sales activities and promotions.
