Job Summary
Field Work Management Supervisor for Bloom Energy on-site representation overseeing site access, safety, toolbox meetings, quality and rework management, and parts coordination. Responsibilities include managing site access procedures, obtaining required work permits, ensuring worksite safety, leading daily Toolbox Meetings, overseeing rework execution at the site, ensuring compliance with work procedures and workmanship standards, managing parts and materials, and reporting progress with maintained records. Requires prior experience in field operations, supervising site workers, and a solid understanding of safety and quality management; valid driver’s license and ability to travel to field locations. Location: Jung-gu, Seoul, Korea (travel required).
