Job Summary
Conduct physical visits to verify merchant and customer locations, confirming business operations and the authenticity of information provided during loan applications. Investigate discrepancies, document findings, and submit accurate verification reports to support loan processing timelines. Liaise with internal teams to ensure all activities align with Bank policies and operational standards, escalating any suspicious findings immediately. Must reside in Plateau and be willing to work extensively in the field.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc
- Must reside in Plateau
- Must be willing to work in the field
- Good communication and observation skills
- Ability to follow instructions and submit accurate reports
