Job Summary
Uncover organizational complexity and craft executive narratives to drive ROI from first discovery through realized outcomes. Steer global transformations across Finance, Supply Chain, and High Tech sectors by orchestrating AI-driven account planning and automating governance with minimal friction. Cultivate VP-level sponsorship and design CoE roadmaps that build customer self-sufficiency while partnering with Applied Value Engineers on deep-dive solution builds. Lead end-to-end value journeys using the Celonis Context Model to embed the platform as a strategic asset and provide feedback to R&D based on evolving use cases.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience taking ownership of complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales
- Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle)
- Comfortable setting your own direction within an account team
- Driven to live for customer value, proactively hunting and ideating for highest-impact solutions
- Proven expertise in executing process improvements
- Demonstrated expertise orchestrating multi-region or business unit transformation programs
- Expert at mobilizing VP/Director-level sponsorship
- Flawless English [and native-level local language] communication with commanding executive presence
- Deep understanding of the Finance/Supply Chain domains and High Tech Industry trends
- Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, comparable technical degree or a Business/Economics degree paired with a technical minor
