Field Training Supervisor - Full Time

Deliver classroom and on-the-job training to employees and job candidates, including drills and health and safety instruction. Provide ongoing coaching and support to specialists and staff, ensuring compliance with legally mandated, contractual, and company-required training and certification. Develop, update, and maintain training curricula, instructional materials, and manuals while creating and managing training schedules. Utilize diverse instructional methods such as demonstrations, simulations, role-playing, and computer-based training to equip personnel with necessary skills. Conduct audits, document activities, and prepare reports to evaluate training effectiveness and monitor progress. Partner with managers to assess training needs and determine appropriate approaches. Available Monday through Friday in 10-hour shifts from 7am to 5:45pm at a rate of $35.51/hour.
