Job Summary
Oversee the delivery and coordination of training for new and existing employees across assigned accounts, ensuring onboarding readiness, compliance with client and company standards, and ongoing development. Partner with operations leadership to identify training needs, develop and schedule programs (field-based, classroom, and online), maintain training materials and records, and support performance improvement initiatives. Requires high school diploma or GED and management experience; includes strong focus on compliance, certification requirements, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- College degree OR 2+ years of professional management experience required
- Must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background investigation
