Job Summary
Field Training Manager to develop and deliver training for customers to support HYTORC’s business objectives. Responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering courses and hands-on instruction at customer locations and HYTORC training centers; develops curriculum, materials, slides, videos, scripts, and assessments; records class details, student rosters, and certifications in the online system; ensures safety instruction and proper PPE use; may manage a geographic territory and develop international markets; collaborates with sales to position training and support product launches; requires travel up to 50% and ability to work across boundaries.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent required
- 5+ years of experience in adult education or corporate training
- Experience in safety instruction and practice
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, TEAMS, Outlook)
