Job Summary
Conduct field co-travels and reviews to ensure consistent training and coaching for new and existing Insulet field employees. Partner with Commercial teams to identify ongoing training needs and develop workshops for Sales meetings. Deliver educational programs, facilitate virtual sessions, and provide in-person coaching feedback to enhance product knowledge and selling skills. Manage reporting requirements, develop annual training objectives, and support new hire onboarding and CASE training curriculum. This role supports the entire Canadian territory with approximately 50% travel expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 years or more years of sales experience in the field
- 5 years of strong Clinical or Sales Training experience in medical device or healthcare industry
- strong diabetes disease state and pump knowledge
- Appropriate certifications in professional education, coaching, or training methods
- Bilingual French/English
- Proven track record of consistent performance in meeting or exceeding expectations

- Travel will vary weekly based on business needs; travel is expected to be 50% on average
