Job Summary
Conduct performance gap analysis and provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to Store Managers and Sales Associates to strengthen sales performance. Lead onboarding for District Managers, Store Managers, and Sales Associates while designing gamified training courses using role-playing and job simulations. Structure training plans to meet financial objectives and evaluate individual performance before and after programs. Stay current with market trends and retail demands while maintaining deep knowledge of all products, services, procedures, and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Work experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of the sales process and its best practices
- Excellent presentation and coaching skills
- Familiar with e-learning platforms and role-playing activities
