Job Summary
Understand goals and identify gaps in performance, productivity, and quality at both individual and team levels. Provide superior guidance, mentoring, coaching, and feedback to Store Managers and Sales Associates to strengthen overall sales performance. Onboard new District Managers, Store Managers, and Sales Associates by leading training activities and addressing specific retail or store operations issues. Develop training programs and design courses using gamification, role-playing, and job simulation while structuring plans to meet financial objectives. Evaluate individual performance before and after training programs. Stay current with new market trends and retail demands while maintaining deep knowledge of all products, services, procedures, and policies. Requires prior experience as a Sales Coach or similar role with strong coaching skills and familiarity with e-learning platforms. Based in Kota Kinabalu/Kuching with travelling and phone allowances provided.
Required Qualifications
- Work experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of the sales process and its best practices
- Excellent presentation and coaching skills
- Familiar with e-learning platforms and role-playing activities
