Job Summary
Travel to branch locations to train and instruct internal employees, conduct new hire trainings, and co-conduct corporate trainings. Serve as a subject matter expert on software programs by managing and creating LMS modules, developing virtual trainings, and conducting them independently. Answer training helpdesk tickets and work closely with support center departments to assist with operational trainings. Requires 75% travel time and reliable on-site attendance. Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, and the ability to multi-task are essential.
