Job Summary
Field TIG Welder performing on-site welding, fabrication, and repair for food-grade stainless steel equipment. Reads prints and schematics, interprets equipment manuals, and plans work in customer sites while maintaining sanitary/food-grade standards. Provides troubleshooting, installation support, and preventive maintenance-related welding repairs. Maintains safety and quality through LOTO and PPE, communicates findings to customers and internal teams, and ensures accurate timekeeping, documentation, and site readiness. Local travel to customer sites in the Lancaster, PA area with occasional overnight stays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training/certifications preferred)
- 1+ years of field or industrial welding experience preferred
- Demonstrated TIG welding proficiency (required); Stick welding experience a plus
- Experience working in industrial environments and customer sites is preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (local travel required)
- Relevant welding or industrial maintenance certifications are a plus
