Field Technology Expert - Hospitality

Field Technology Expert – Hospitality at the Mobile Convention Center site will leverage expert-level knowledge in network deployments to deliver a high-quality customer experience, uphold standards, and ensure 100% uptime during customer events. The role partners with Hospitality Technicians, show management, decorators, sales, engineering, contracted facilities, and partner venues to meet requests, and is required on-site every working day. Responsibilities include applying deep technical knowledge of Cox’s Hospitality environments, monitoring and maintaining networks, handling escalations, providing technical consulting to leadership and teams, analyzing trends, reporting on network health and issues, and supporting process improvements. Candidate must meet physical requirements for field work, possess relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA or equivalent), and demonstrate proficiency with networking and collaboration tools as listed; willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule as needed.
