Field Technicus

Diagnose, repair, and test electronic and electromechanical components of automated parcel machines while performing preventive maintenance and software reconfigurations. Manage spare parts inventory, monitor network systems via IT tools, and execute remote diagnostics and configurations. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, prepare orders for parts and tools, and conduct quality controls on both on-site and remote interventions. Provide technical support to staff and contractors through internal communication channels and prepare reports and analyses for the department. Work in shifts and travel internationally for service campaigns, adhering to a schedule of four days at HQ in Vianen.
