Job Summary
Provide support to customers during product deployment and post-sales phases while assisting sales teams with on-site demos. Monitor and observe customer robot fleets to ensure optimal performance, proactively identifying and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime. Document operational data and generate reports to track performance, then provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs and product improvements. This role requires ~75% regional travel, a DOT physical, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. You will work on groundbreaking robotic systems shaping the future of logistics.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree, technical certification, relevant experience or coursework in mechanical, electrical, or software fields
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations
- Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, or software systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically in fast-paced operational environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently and as part of a team
- Good driving record and reliable transportation to and from job locations
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site visits (approximately 20% regional travel)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and driving record meeting company insurance standards
- Ability to pass and maintain a DOT medical certification (DOT physical)
- Must be available for ~75% regional travel
