Job Summary
The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for receiving and logging water samples for testing, performing bench physical testing including total suspended solids, total solids, BOD, pH, alkaline titrations, spectroscopy work, turbidity, and oil and grease analysis. The technician will set up and transfer microbiological samples, record QA/QC readings, calibrate lab equipment, and enter results in the LIMS database.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of laboratory environmental testing
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
