Job Summary
Maintain exterior grounds, common areas, and trash management systems while performing gutter cleaning, leaf blowing, and snow removal. Complete daily work orders via an iPhone-based system, track property conditions, and report new service issues. Respond to emergency weather events, address unplanned interruptions, and assist with moving furniture, appliances, and materials as assigned. Operate a company vehicle to travel between multiple sites in Florence, Kentucky, performing moderate to heavy physical tasks including ladder climbing and lifting up to 100 lbs. Work a full-time first shift with paid training, uniforms, and tools provided.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to operate a company vehicle
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle report
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage time effectively
