Job Summary
Field Technician Turn responsible for expediting tenant turns and upholding property quality standards across a portfolio of single-family rental units. Responsibilities include maintaining property inventory through tenant turns and move-out inspections, overseeing contractor work, coordinating move-out processes and key exchanges, inspecting contractor work for compliance with standards, attending eviction set outs/hearings as needed, performing self-work at properties using appropriate tools and ladders, and providing troubleshooting support for plumbing, garage door, irrigation, and electrical issues. Requires a High School diploma/GED (preferred) and a minimum of two years of experience in Residential/Property Maintenance (or five years in lieu of education). Must have a valid driver's license; OSHA knowledge; proficiency with Microsoft Office; and the ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and work safely. Comfort with lifting up to 75 pounds and climbing ladders is required. HVAC/EPA Type II certification and experience with Apple iPad, CRM, or related tools are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum two years of experience in Residential/Property Maintenance or related field, or five years of experience in lieu of education
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of OSHA safety methods
- Experience with Apple iPad, HVAC, Resco, and CRM preferred
- Capable to operate a motor vehicle and climb ladders (A-frame and extension) to perform tasks such as tree trimming and debris removal
- Be comfortable lifting/carrying up to 75 pounds
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
