Field Technician Turn

Maintain and manage tenant turns for a portfolio of single-family rental units, including move-out inspections, coordinating move-outs and key exchanges, and reporting completion. Inspect contractor work to ensure it meets company standards. Attend eviction property set-outs and hearings as needed. Perform self-work at properties with tools and ladders following established guidelines. Provide troubleshooting for plumbing, garage door, irrigation, and electrical issues. Proficiency with Apple iPad, CRM, and Microsoft Office; OSHA safety knowledge. Valid driver’s license; EPA Certification or HVAC Type II preferred. Lift up to 75 lbs and operate ladders as required. Compensation ranges from $28.00 to $32.00 per hour with potential quarterly bonuses.
