Job Summary
Conduct installations, theme/game changes, and preventative maintenance on Eclipse Gaming Systems slot machines within your assigned territory. Diagnose hardware and software problems, execute repair procedures, and respond promptly to incident tickets with a fix-first approach. Document all work details accurately and implement job specifications on time and within budget. Proactively manage preventive maintenance tasks to ensure maximum unit uptime while representing the company professionally to casino clients. This role requires extensive travel in and out of Oklahoma, the ability to lift heavy equipment, and a valid gaming license.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience working with Windows-based machines
- Ability to work to budget and a proven track record of delivering on time
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects effectively
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license in various States / Casinos
- Must be able to travel within their assigned territory and occasionally to other territories
- Must be able to regularly move and lift equipment and/or operate equipment enabling them to lift heavy objects
- Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and with written materials
- Must be able to represent Eclipse Gaming Systems in a professional manner at all times
- Must be available for extensive travel in and out of State
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the Gaming industry
- Familiarity with Class II gaming
