Job Summary
Maintain and repair Coinstar kiosks across designated territory using company vehicle; perform scheduled preventative maintenance, electromechanical troubleshooting, calibration, and repair; test kiosk components (connectivity, software, electromechanical) and replace worn parts; conduct remote diagnostics and coordinate with Service Representatives; manage field change orders, installations/de-installations, and scheduling based on route metrics; handle coin/cash transportation and inventory; ensure customer relations via professional appearance and conduct; requires a high school diploma or associate degree with 2+ years in electronics/repair, plus CMV certification and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting and repair of computer, electronic and electromechanical devices OR Associate Degree in electronics or similar concentration required
- Basic background knowledge in computer hardware and software as well as basic knowledge of computer-controlled equipment
- Previous experience in handling a position of responsibility with limited direct supervision or demonstrated ability to work independently in a position of responsibility
- 1+ year of field experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record
- A Commercial Motor Vehicle Certification (CMV) is required
- Background checks, MVR and drug tests will be required
