Field Technician to install and service Starlink satellite internet and DISH systems at customer sites; role includes installation, customer-facing support, and upselling products, with paid training, base pay increasing after training, commissions/bonuses, and first-year earnings potential of $50,000–$60,000 (experienced technicians $60,000–$85,000+), plus benefits including medical, 401K, PTO, life insurance, and a company vehicle after training. Travel up to 20% and a schedule with four-on/three-off periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a clear Background, Drug Screen and Motor Vehicle Record
- Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge and ability to scale ladders up to 38 ft and navigate crawl spaces
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (lodging and per diem covered)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sales: Upsell products and services to customers while installing DISH systems
- Time management skills
