Complete comprehensive paid training followed by a 60-day probationary period to reach a guaranteed hourly rate. Maintain a clear background, drug screen, and motor vehicle record. Earn performance bonuses and commissions with potential annual earnings of $50,000 to $85,000+. Work a schedule of two days off weekly or four-on, three-off during slower seasons.
