Complete comprehensive paid training to qualify for a guaranteed hourly rate of $20.00 for the first nine months. Maintain a clear background, drug screen, and motor vehicle record. Earn performance bonuses and commissions, with potential annual earnings ranging from $50,000 to $85,000+. Work a schedule featuring two days off weekly or a four-on, three-off rotation during slower seasons.
