Job Summary
Field Technician / Spotter who operates and assists with heavy equipment on active job sites, inspects equipment before and after use, loads/unloads materials, performs basic maintenance, reports equipment issues to supervisors, and supports field crews with spotting and site duties. Must be hands-on, safety-focused, capable of working outdoors, and able to work in a physically demanding environment; CDL or willingness to obtain one is a nice-to-have. Field-based role with potential to grow into a full-time position at Tasman Inc in Denver, CO area.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment
- Strong understanding of equipment safety and site protocols
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
