Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services while educating customers on their use, working outdoors in varied environments using hand tools and navigating company vehicles. Solve complex technical issues by climbing ladders up to 32 feet, working in confined spaces, and lifting up to 75 lbs across different terrains and weather conditions. Build relationships with colleagues and customers while earning $20+/hr from day one with opportunities for self-progression through our Broadband Apprenticeship Program. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency in computers and software.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
