Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services while educating customers on their use, working outdoors in various environments including inclement weather. Solve technical challenges using hand tools and operate company vehicles to travel between customer premises and facilities. Build relationships with colleagues and customers while maintaining a valid driver's license and proficiency in computer applications. Work extended periods outside, climbing ladders up to 32 feet and lifting up to 75 lbs. Earn $20+/hr from day one with opportunities for self-progression through the Broadband Apprenticeship Program.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
