Job Summary
Field Technician at Spectrum responsible for installing and repairing services and educating customers on their use. Entry-level role with on-the-job training and a self-progression program to advance from Technician I to IV with increasing pay and potential leadership opportunities. Work outdoors in varied environments, staying active and solving technical challenges while building relationships with customers and colleagues. Must have a high school diploma/ GED or equivalent experience, valid driver's license, and English proficiency. Base pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.25 per hour with immediate opportunities for progression; benefits include company perks and a long-term career path.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record within company standards
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
- Competent in using hand tools
- Ability to travel to and from assigned locations
- Walk and lift up to specified weights and climb ladders as required
- Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability
