Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services, educate customers on usage, and solve complex technical issues outdoors across 41 states. Carry tools and equipment up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and work in confined spaces or inclement weather while operating a company vehicle. Travel to customer premises, company facilities, and other locations as necessary, maintaining a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Proficiency in hand tools, computers, and software is required alongside effective communication and time management. Earn $24/hour with self-progression opportunities to increase pay through career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
