Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services while educating customers on proper usage. Solve technical challenges outdoors in varying weather conditions using hand tools and navigating company vehicles. Build relationships with colleagues and customers while completing on-the-job training to progress through self-progression levels. Travel to customer premises and assigned locations as necessary, including during inclement weather. Maintain a valid driver's license and possess the physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders up to 32 feet.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
