Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services while educating customers on their use, utilizing hand tools in varied outdoor environments. Solve technical challenges on the front lines, building relationships with colleagues and customers across diverse terrains and weather conditions. Travel to assigned customer premises, company facilities, and other locations as necessary, operating a company vehicle and navigating changing environments. Lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and work in confined spaces and at heights. Earn $20.50/hour from day one with opportunities for self-progression, course completion bonuses, and industry-recognized certifications.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
