Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and maintain forklifts and material handling equipment at customer locations and in the shop, covering engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, transmissions, brakes, steering, and lifting components. Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic welding while adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Complete service documentation, manage parts for repairs, and maintain a clean, safe company vehicle and work environment. Participate in technical training and support a safety-first culture. Requires a high school diploma, three years of forklift repair experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a valid driver's license. Hyster-Yale certifications are a plus. Hourly pay with performance-based bonuses and ESOP benefits.
Required Qualifications

- At least 3 years of forklift repair or closely related equipment service experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment
- Ability to use precision measuring tools
