Job Summary
The Field Technician is responsible for performing service and repair work on earthmoving equipment in both field and shop environments. Essential responsibilities include performing minor repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance, as well as demonstrating the proper use of service information systems. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, complete on-the-job training, and uphold core company values including safety and teamwork. Successful candidates will possess the ability to work independently, have good communication skills, and maintain regular attendance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year's work experience involving mechanical repairs or equivalent technical education
- Intermediate engine, transmission, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostic and repair skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
