Job Summary
Join our growing handyman team as a Field Technician responsible for performing a wide range of residential and commercial maintenance and repair tasks. The role requires excellent customer service and independent management of jobs, ensuring all tasks comply with company standards and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in general maintenance, construction, or handyman work
- Proficiency in a variety of repair and maintenance skills (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
- Knowledge of basic safety practices and OSHA regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using mobile apps or work order management systems
- Certifications or licenses in specialized trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) are a plus
