Job Summary
Install radon mitigation systems in residential homes following a documented process. Run jobs independently, review specs, pull materials, load your truck, and close out the job in the system the same day. Handle service calls on existing systems and complete post-install steps at every job (customer check-in, yard sign, door hangers). Licenses and exam costs are covered by the company, and training is provided to get certified within 30 days. Emphasis on hands-on workmanship, completing paperwork promptly, and maintaining high quality standards while working Monday–Friday with no weekends or holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Licensing credential to install radon mitigation systems (state-dependent)
- Ability to work independently
- Proven track record of completing jobs on time
- Base salary plus performance bonuses
